🤣 Improv by Comediasians!

We are the UK's premier pan-Asian improv group, and we're on a mission to bring laughs from the diasporASIA to the UK comedy scene. We do a playful mix of short and long form improv and host a monthly night of Asian comedy in London.

🙋🏽 Improv jam featuring you!

The jam is when anyone in the audience can come up on stage to do improv scenes with the Comediasians cast. All are welcome to participate in the jam, and we especially encourage Asian-identifying people to give it a go.

Sid Singh

Hailing from the Bay Area, California, Sid Singh is an accomplished stand up comedian and writer whose work has appeared on BBC's Muzlamic, Comedy Central UK's Modern Horror Stories, BBC3's Comedy Shorts, Comic Relief and more! In addition, he was a cast member at the famed Boom Chicago theatre in Amsterdam where he wrote and starred in their show The Future Is Here.

In 2019 his Edinburgh Fringe Show American Refugee was listed as one of just four Free Fringe Shows to be a MUST WATCH by The Scotsman. In 2023, Sid surpassed that by getting nominated for best show for his show Table for One by the Edinburgh Comedy ISH Awards and won the award for Best Performer at the Comedians Choice Awards! One of his jokes was also selected by The Telegraph as one of the top 30 jokes at the Fringe.

Sid has since toured the show around America and Europe headlining theatre shows in New York, Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Vienna, Prague, Barcelona and more as a result! In addition, his debut comedy album Amazing! Probably reached number 3 on the iTunes comedy chart and can still be streamed on all major platforms today!

Hidehito Yanase

Hidehito Yanase is a sumo wrestler performing standup comedy in London. He has developed his own unique style, incorporating Japanese comedy elements, and attracting the attention of the stand-up circuit.
