Princess Afternoon Tea

About This Event

We are so excited to invite you to our Princess Afternoon Tea at the stunning New Place Hotel!

Immerse yourself in this beautiful setting whilst enjoying some afternoon tea and meeting 3 princesses.

Each ticket entitles you to enter the hotel starting at 11:15, where you will be met by two princesses at the main entrance and given the chance to take pictures.

You will then get to take in some of the beautiful surroundings as you make your way to the Arden Suite.

Our third princess will greet you there, and if you want, you can get some face glitter from our sparkle specialist.

When the clock strikes 12, everyone will be asked to take their seats in preparation for afternoon tea.

Each princess will stop by the guests to say hello and sign the autograph cards that are provided during the meal service.  Each child will also receive a deluxe craft activity to decorate and take home.

After afternoon tea, the princesses will entertain with singing, dancing, princess bingo, bubbles, and other activities.  If any of the adults fancy having a singalong too, there will be a projector displaying song lyrics.

The princesses will then proceed to the photo area, where each child can have a final picture with them and a cuddle before saying goodbye.

The hotel has said guests are welcome to look around the grounds after the afternoon tea element has finished.

Guests are permitted to arrive at the hotel from 11.15 for 12:00 seating

Every person attending must have a ticket.

There is lots of parking available at the hotel

The event is likely to be filmed and photographed for advertising purposes.  We are considering implementing a wristband-type system so we know which children's faces to avoid sharing on social media.

There is limited availability for accompanying babes in arms - the venue only has a small number of high chairs so these spots are on a first come first served basis.  These tickes are FOC and you are permitted to bring your own food for them if you wish.
