This captivating wind orchestra concert journeys through the deep connection between water, nature, and society, featuring an eclectic blend of classical, contemporary, and traditional pieces that celebrate water's power and beauty.

Experience a dynamic performance exploring the connection of music with water, including pieces such as the spirited sea shanty The Wellerman that brings the ocean's rhythm to life, Eric Whitacre's Cloudburst, a rush of sound capturing a thunderstorm's intensity, Paul Dukas' magical The Sorcerer's Apprentice, where water's unpredictable power takes centre stage, and many more!

Water Stories also reflects on water's importance to society and the environment, raising awareness of conservation and our shared responsibility for its preservation. The concert not only celebrates water's beauty but also emphasizes the responsibility we share in its preservation.

This performance is part of our Community Building vision and is in partnership with special guests, the Woodville High School Wind Ensemble.
